Ms. Pile has 23 years working in the field of nursing with a wide range of specialties, including intensive and cardiac critical care, interventional radiology, general radiology, peripheral central venous access, post-operative and post-procedure recovery, conscious sedation, ambulatory care, and flight via fixed-wing aircraft transport of patients to critical care providers. 

Ms. Pile is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, and the Greater Baltimore Area Chapter of Legal Nurse Consultants.

Her accomplishments include presenting at national conventions for the National Federation of Paralegal Associations and the American Association of Radiology Nurses, as well as speaking to various bar associations in metropolitan Washington, D.C., and lecturing at Hagerstown Community College.  Ms. Pile has published in nursing literature.  She has a B.S. in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland University College.
